One of the largest and most influential conferences dedicated to digital transformation and information and communication technologies called Microsoft Synergy 14 was held in the interactive space of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade under the slogan "Full Value". In order for the organizers to provide visitors with more information about the program of the conference and entertaining content, multiple interactive kiosks were set up in the hotel premises.
The Microsoft Synergy 14 conference is a specialized conference of the IT sector that opens a number of interesting topics, and brings together various experts from various countries. In addition to the technical topics of the conference, there is also a meeting with the public sector and the so-called "Business Day" which is dedicated for business development of the IT sector in Serbia. In addition to many interesting lectures, the new concept and space of the conference enabled a better interaction with all visitors through multimedia content.
In order for the organizers to easily present the program of the Microsoft Synergy 14 conference, it was necessary to set up interactive kiosks in the conference space.
Deliver a quality visually impressive, and at the same time cost-effective solution in the form of interactive kiosks that will be well noticed and accepted by conference visitors.
The solution needed to be equipped with a package of centrally managed multimedia applications and in the creative part of the project it was necessary to develop visual content and design user interfaces.
With the application of our products: PandoPad® Manager, PandoPad® Applications, PandoPad® FLOOR 22 ", PandoPad® FLOOR 32" and PandoPad® FLOOR 54 "units, all interactive services necessary for informing and presenting the Microsoft Synergy 14 conference have been realized.
Visitors have the opportunity to explore the rich program of the conference, view various brochures, videos, photos, and promotional content.
Through the interactive kiosk, it is also possible to evaluate the entire experience and leave your impressions of the conference.
In this example, we see the PandoPad® eCard application through which users can select one of the offered images and send a virtual / digital postcard using the integrated e-mail system.
