Amor Victoria is a company that has been engaged in catering activities for many years in the area of the City of Rovinj and owns several catering facilities in cities like Rovinj, Pula and Zagreb. In order to provide its guests with all the necessary information about the gastronomic offer, Amor Victoria decided to equip its restaurants Amfora, Copacabana and Da Piero with interactive kiosks.
Setting up an interactive kiosk within the restaurant gives a new dimension for accessing information and encouraging gastronomic tourism in which the trip to the destination is at least partially motivated by interest in food. Modern tourists are even more interested in visiting destinations that provide the opportunity to participate in gastronomic events, see the traditional way of preparing indigenous dishes and allow them to get to know the traditions of the region they are visiting.
Restaurant Amfora is the most famous fish restaurant in Istria and is located by the sea, in the middle of old Rovinj.
The task of this project was to realize an interactive presentation of the restaurant and its offer, and to enable communication with guests.
Deliver a quality visually impressive, and at the same time cost-effective solution in the form of interactive kiosks which will be well noticed and accepted by restaurant guests.
The solution had to be equipped with a package of centrally managed multimedia applications, and in the creative part of the project it was necessary to develop visual content and design user interfaces.
With the application of our products: PandoPad® Manager, PandoPad® Applications and PandoPad® FLOOR units, all interactive services necessary for informing and presenting the gastronomic offer of the restaurant have been realized.
Restaurant Copacabana offers a wide range of dishes from Croatian and international cuisine and is also pet-friendly.
Da Piero Restaurant provides its guests with delicious Croatian, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
In this example, we see the PandoPad® eCard application through which users can select one of the offered images and send a virtual / digital postcard using the integrated e-mail system.
PandoPad® Customer FeedBack is used to survey users about service satisfaction, and acts as a form for entering compliments and complaints in a modern and attractive way. The data entered by the user can be sent to the URL of the user's system, as a web form, to a dedicated e-mail address or can be saved in the PandoPad® Manager database.
