3D projection mapping

3D projection mapping is a projection technique that turns static surfaces into interactive 3D representations that affect the viewer's perception by projecting complex 3D structures, objects and animations on different surfaces whose morphological characteristics the presentation merges into impressive and sometimes surprising effects.

The presentation is usually done on complex objects and buildings that play an important role in telling the story and creating the dynamics of the projection. Examples are all types of buildings, and very often they are historic buildings, fortifications, older and modern buildings. In indoor installations, 3D projection mapping finds its application in projections on various museum artifacts, relief surfaces and similar other surfaces. Lately, it is very often used in product presentations with the aim of achieving a futuristic effect.
